Legal
Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
CryptoLeads strictly prohibits unsolicited bulk email. Every request is manually reviewed for compliance with anti-spam standards and legal marketing requirements before we respond.
1. How we review requests
- A member of our team reads each request. We may ask who will send the campaign, what is being promoted and on what lawful basis recipients will be contacted.
- We can decline any request, or stop working with a customer at any time, if we believe the intended use is unlawful, misleading or likely to generate spam complaints.
2. What we require from customers
- Follow the laws that apply to the people you contact. These include the UK GDPR and PECR, EU data protection and ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and CASL in Canada. In many places, marketing email to individuals requires prior consent.
- Identify yourself clearly, and use accurate sender details and honest subject lines.
- Include a working unsubscribe method in every marketing email and honour opt-outs promptly. Keep a suppression list.
- Do not harvest, scrape or guess email addresses, and do not send to people who have asked not to be contacted.
- Do not promote scams, fraud or misleading offers. Crypto and other financial promotions aimed at UK consumers must also follow the Financial Conduct Authority’s financial promotion rules.
3. Breaches
If we learn that data is being used for spam or unlawful marketing, we may stop supply immediately, end the relationship and cooperate with regulators and affected providers.
4. Report abuse or opt out
If you received unwanted email you believe is linked to us, or you want your address removed from data we supply, email [email protected]. Please include the message, its full headers if you can, and the address concerned. We investigate every report. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
